Crescent Real Estate:  Robert Reeves & Associates obtained zoning for the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residence Tower, along with approval of numerous development plans.

Crescent Vision:  Represented The Crescent remodel, “Crescent Vision” at the Dallas Board of Adjustment and Oak Lawn Committee.  Obtained approval for landscape and parking plans for the “Vision” and new tenants.
