Robert Reeves founded Robert Reeves & Associates, Inc. in July 1985 subsequent to leaving the City of Dallas, Department of Planning and Development where he was employed for sixteen years.  The firm assists the private sector in obtaining property re-zoning, platting, and development permits in local jurisdictions throughout the metroplex, achieving a ninety-seven percent success rate.  The firm also considerable experience in developing land use legislative tools for local jurisdictions.   This experience, coupled with the assistance of an interdisciplinary team, enables the firm to resolve complex zoning, land use/transportation issues, and develop legislative solutions to difficult governmental land use concerns.
